Ok, here's another few of those gremlins I'm trying to track down with my new used car. :-)

1. The passenger side power lock seems to be intermitent on my recently purchased 1998 900SET. When I use the remote, 80% the time the passenger side does not lock. When I unlock all the doors by remote the passenger side sometimes unlocks.
Even stranger, if I'm inside the car and the passenger side is
unlocked, the central lock button will *not* lock either the doors. But
if the passenger was side locked, the central lock *will* lock the
driver door. Seems all wonky. Generally what I need to do is
manually lock the passenger side, then exit car, then use remote to
lock driver door. Does this sound like the passenger side actuator is
flakey or is there some central lock control unit that may be
malfunctioning?

2. My driver's side manual seatback release doesn't work. The handle
moves, and it pulls some wire inside down to the pivot point - but the
seat doesn't release. So I've resorted to using the motorized
controls. Is this a known issue with these seat backs or is mine just
mechanically out of alignment and/or some spring popped out?

3. There is a vertical line of missing pixels on my SID. I'm
guessing its a bad connection or something somewhere. I've read lots of people *trying* to fix this, but has anyone succeeded in reseating something inside, fixing the ribbon cable, or resoldering?

Any advice on any of these topics would be greatly appreciated!
