Buying a post saab-executive car , is it a good deal?

Hello,

I plan to buy a 900SE . I found one at my neighbour's city it's a pretty one of MY1996.

The owner said the car was not shipped to US til late 98 because it is the saab executive fleet in Trollhattan and was maintained by factory workshop all the way to 40 K miles. Then he brought it and used it till 70 K miles and want to sale it now.

The question is what is the executive fleet car ?, is it like a demo car to test drive ?. Have it been torn apart while on the duty?. (Just feel that the car on job in any company must be).

Anyway , the car is in pretty good shape and low price.

Is it a good deal to go for or should I leave this car ?
