Hi.
I have the SID - 1 I believe (analog clock, INFO/BLACK/CLEAR buttons, no +/-)

I changed the bulb under the Black/Clear area about 2 years ago, but now the middle bulb (one of the two under the clock) is out and I can not for the life of me figure out how to lift the clock piece to change the bulb under it.

It looks like only the hands are trapping it, but if i try to lift the hands they don't budge, and I don't want to hurt them, so: how the heck do you change the clock bulbs? Seems so easy, and yet...

Also as long as I'm in there, I'm going to put a little tape padding as advised in the archives under to help compress that (LAME) lcd contact ribbon since I too have about 3 missing LCD vertical stripes on my display. I'll report if it has any effect, but first the bulb.
