I am sure that you could explain your chart, but I find it confusing.
I see that you are measuring voltage at the lead with the ignition on. Now if you then connect the lead to a ground, does the light come on? Was the light on or off with the lead disconnected? These observations should tell you if the ECU and lamp circuits are functioning. Making and breaking the connection to ground should change the lamp state.
If the ECU and lamp circuits are ok, then you can do some further testing or just get a new pressure switch (it isn't really a sensor, it is just on or off). Hard to remove? It is an interference pipe thread and might have some sealant on the threads too. Just make sure that you are turning it in the correct direction because if you break it off or strip something you will be in a world of hurt! You can seal it with some kind of sealant or use some teflon tape. Some oil will probably seep out, so place something to take the drips while you are working.
