I had similar problem - easy fix!!!! No new seat!!!

Hey jjtriumph-
I used to transport some of my clients (Mental health patients) in the back seat of my car occasionally. One time one of them went a little, er, crazy in the back seat. The motor on the pass. front seat stopped working, but would every now and then. It ended up being a relay - I have the Saab dealer invoice right in front of me. The relay was $12.60 American.
That might shave a little off the price of a new seat. I hope this works for you!!! Let me know if I can be more help.
