you can have the work done at any licensed shop, Saab dealer, Saab indie, or otherwise. The ext. warr. folks will likely have a list of preferred shops, but you can go anywhere. If the shop won't file the paperwork, then you'll have to, but that's ok. With my warranty the service manager would call the warr. co. which would give them a credit card #. Easy as that.
