I found drs<Underscore>install is valuable to DIY guys. I write a small program to make it be accessable through telephone. Please note this is still under development and I will add more contents next week. You are very welcome to post your feedback here. Dean, I am sorry about the vioce, it is generated by machine...
Here is how to access to the system:
1) Dial 1-800-555-8965(toll free)
2) Use Developer ID: NG900(64900)
3) Use PIN: 4278
4) Follow the instruction.

Now there are only three topic there:
*Koni font shock install
*Koni Rear Shock Install
*Front brakes: install new pads and rotors
