I have been using LM for years. Was originally introduced to LM while touring paddock in Montreal GP. I learned from a mechanic of the Osella Ford that LM was used in several F1 cars. I actually saw liters of LM in the Osella garage.
Each time I drain at 8k, the oil pours out well, without sludge or the like. It's color is also not as dark as other synthetics I have seen. Looks very much like the oil can go another 8k.
At around $23 per 5 liter jug, it's is economical, especially if you change your own. Given the longer drain intervals, it's also less of a hassle since I'm not changing oil at every 3k with dino oil.
