Could be IAC (Idle Air Control) valve starting to go bad. It controls idle.
Could be TPS (throttle position sensor) It tells the IAC valve when its time to do its job.
Could be the Turbo Bypass Valve. See if you can pull a vacuum where the vacuum line goes into the valve. This was always a problem on the older ones that caused stalling when coming to a stop.

Ofcourse there are other possibilies but these are the obvious ones.
