The very best advice I can give you is to buy the engine book from Saab that deals with the T-belt.
It's very difficult to explain in extreme detail what steps to take to make it happen.
And the result can be disastrous if done wrong.
If you look at and around the center of each sprocket you find a number, 1 ,2, 3 and 4 that correspond to what camshaft and alignment mark to use.
1-2 sprocket can be swapped if taken off the camshaft and the same for 3-4 sprocket. But care have to be taken so that right key and slot is used on each sprocket.
If you have done many other T-belt on double overhead camshaft engines it's not that big of a deal, but if this is the first for you, I think that Saab is one of the more difficult ones to do, and get it right.
