People don't come to say, 'la la la, everything's going just fine with my car.' They come to TSN to solve problems and with 172,000 people visiting every month, if they all hated their cars or all had problems, this BB would be overrun. A very small percentage of TSN owners need help with their cars at any given time and that's the traffic you see on the BB.

It makes a lot of sense.
