You can probably get a much better car at a much better price in the private market. Call any bank and ask then for a used car loan. Go to the bank and get them to give you an unofficial commitment, find a car you are interested in, have it checked thoroughly by the saab dealer (most important), take your time, then buy!....and definitely get the turbo. It will give you a better resale value, it is more fun to drive, and the turbo engine MAY, for reasons unknown, be more reliable than the 2.3. Good luck.
