The upper one is common and used on other vehicles, but you might not be successful in getting a part lookup at a parts store.
These fail all of the time. Then you need a tow truck. Lock the slack adjuster and feel the pullies. If they are wobbly, or spin like they are really dry, then they can fail at any time. The design with the spinning outer race is garanteeded to throw all of the grease over time because of the high centrifugal forces.
