I have a 94 900 V6 with 112000 miles on it. When I accelerate quickly the transmission seems to "hit" pretty hard when it shifts. It doesnt shift very smoothly. Usually happens between 1st and 2nd gear when the rpms get around 4000. At lower rpms or when I accelerate only moderately or slowly, it shifts smoothly.
Is this normal or is it a sign of problems to come? Any advice on taking care of the transmission so it will last a long time. I believe it is the original transmission.
thanks,
Aaron
