Yes, you could most likley swap the seat heater, but it would actually be less work to just repair it. The hard part is taking the seat cover off, and if you were to swap the seat heaters, you'd have to take both seat covers off, whereas if you fix it, you only have to take off one.

To fix it you just need to find the break in the wire, and solder them back together.

If you are really lazy, you could just use electrical tape. I did and they seem to work great. Good luck!
