I'm sad to hear this. Nobody wants to be involved in an accident. By the sound of it you are OK. Hopefully the good Saab headrests have prevented whiplash, but you won't know until tomorrow if that is really true.

Unfortunately with your car and your mileage, it is very likely that they will write it off, judging from the extent of the damage. With a stock car it may not be so painful, be as we are all aware on the SaabNet, you don't drive a stock car. You have invested thousands into upgrades that will most likely not be part of your settlement. Or will they? If they aren't covered, I would suggest removing any and all of your salvageable performance parts. Do you have the original parts that can be swapped in? I'm sure you could find buyers for those parts here on the Saabnet if you decide not to get an NG900 / 9-3. But I think that everyone on this board will agree that we hope you stay with us. NG900s come pretty cheap these days! I wish you the best for a smooth insurance process to get you back on the raod. Keep us up to date.
