I'd like to know WHY on a lot of this stuff. Sounds like they're trying to take you to the cleaners. This is all routine and preventive maintenance stuff, but with the miles on your car, it's not clear to me that it should be necessary. I will not comment on costs since others have done that.

serpentine belt and pulleys 320
-good preventive maintenance, search the BB for horror stories of failure. I don't know when these tend to go however. Your miles seem low for it....

front brakes 183
rotors (if necessary) 328
-if you let them get in there, I'm sure they'll say rotors "are necessary" which seems unlikely unless it's all city miles and you brake really hard. Pads could well be due. If you get a calipers, you can measure the rotor (and the pads) with doing little more than removing the wheels.

rt front motor mount 345
left front transmission mount 290
-I have 128k on all original mounts with no trouble yet. Do you notice odd vibrations? Shakes etc? Again, these can go over time but I don't think there's any benefit to replacing them early.
