I'm looking at a min. of .08v and a max of .74v (98 900S 2.3 auto)

the grid on my OBD II tester runs slow but even

kind of like this ___|---|___|---|___


any thoughts or idea's about no power & dead throttle response??

and yes Dean, the cap/rotor/wires/pluges are new, the throttle body & AIC has been cleaned. I replaced the thermostat last week because the coolant was due anyway, but still no better. The car hates starting cold (must give it gas to fire) and will stall if you don't rev it up a bit before you put it in gear
