My top doesn't work electrically but I taught myself how to do it manually, the rear window latches are the hardest part, but not that hard. If you want to use it for a while before getting it looked at by a dealer or indy, you can try this. Open up the trunk and pull off the trim at the top of the trunk facing you. You should see the mechanism that unlatches the toneau cover, there are two holes in the top bag where rods push through. The motors that latch the window down are through those holes. Reach your hand into the hole and feel around under the latches, you should feel a rod running horizontally from right to left in there. Push the rear of the top down into the holes where it latches and slide the bar over till it catches, you have to do it on both sides I think. To get it open again, you just do the reverse of this procedure to unlatch it. I would recomend you take the car to a mechanic who can fix the top, as the motors or the connections are probably crapped out. If you need me to describe this procedure in more detail, email me.
