It's kind of rare that only the timing chain goes bad.
You might also look into the balance shaft gears and chain at the same time.
Timing and balance chain + guides can be done with engine in car, but to do it the proper way, the cylinder head and oil pan have to come off together with the front engine cover.
The labor for this kind of job howers around $1000.00 but in that price you get a new cylinder head gasket and the oil pan and pick up screen cleaned out together with whatever parts that needs to be replaced in the timing chain area.
