OK, I had taped around the whole windshield, and the noise was gone. Then I searched the archive here, and found the post with the Service Bulletin instructing to glue the upper windshield trim to the body with special tape. So I removed the top middle section of my tape, and the noise was back. I removed all tape, and just stuck some over the top middle section, and the noise was gone again. So, it must come from the top middle of the windshield. I was convinced it came from behind the dash board...

I'll have to take the car in for the airbag recall in the next few weeks. I think I'll drive with some clear tape on until then, and have the dealer to the service bulletin work. Last time they sealed the windhsield on the glass side, but not on the body side. This time they have to do it right!
