Actually, the dealer may be using the NADA book to price the car. The Kelly book is alway high--the prices are inflated to allow for dealer overhead.
Most likely, this dealer wants to move this 900 because it's six years old, not certifiable, and not a 9~3 or a new Saab Alero (ugly sport sedan that I have absolutely no use for.)He doesn't want to wholesale it because he'd lose his shirt on what he has into it. Thus, the low price. The miles are low-average on the car. If you're considering it, just make sure you get all of the service records. An SEt that has not been properly serviced will eat a large hole in your wallet in very short time. And, if you do bring it home with you, make sure that you demand that the head bolts are checked for the proper torque--this is the mileage at which unproperly torqued head bolts begin to leak........
