Take out window gaskets first.
Old skins held on by old adhesive. Made of vinyl. Heat gun didn't help as old skin started to melt before old glue. Ended up peeling it off with old skin tearing into strips.
New skin bought on e-bay: search for 'carbon fiber vinyl.' Left old adhesive on to hold backing of new skin in order to cut to fit.
Used WD40 and heat gun to remove old glue. Apply new skin. Used a balled up cloth to squeegee air out. Use a small pin to release any remaining bubbles.
Reinstall window gaskets and admire your work.
