I've got a 1997 900 S with 71,000 miles on it, and I've noticed a few things that I'd like to fix, but I've got a few questions first:

1. My power antenna does not work, I took it apart and the plastic cable is snapped a few inches from the top of the antenna. How do I get the antenna mast out of the motor housing, and where can I buy just the antenna mast with plastic cable (I read the FAQ, but it didn't answer my question about how to get the mast off, I'm afraid to just yank it off).

2. My passenger side headlight is slightly foggy and not as clear as the driver's side. Should I bother to replace it? It's just as bright as the clear one, but it's visible during the day. What do I need to replace, the lens, or much more, and how much would it cost?

3. Sometimes when I come to a stop, the engine revs drop below 1000rpm for a second right before I stop completly (about when I put in the clutch)cuasing the car to shudder a little but then quickly go back up to normal. I'm guessing this is a problem with the idle control, but is it just dirty or need adjusting, or does it need more work than that?

4. I recently put on brand new tires, and the place that put them on told me that the wear on the old tires was "unusal" and that I should get a "4 wheel alignment". Should I just ignore this as SAAB ignorance (this place didn't look like it got many and I've heard of wheel camber on SAABs being stronger than other cars) or is this a real issue? And how much is a 4 wheel alignment going to cost?

5. The windshield washer pump is beginning to fail I think, whenever I use it, it will only come out the driver side nozzle for the first 10 seconds, then slowly come out the passenger side with a lot less force. Is this just a blockage or is the GM part throwing in the towel? On top of this, the rear windshield washer has never worked. Is it easy to fix this or should I just not bother with it?

6. The passenger side window makes an extremely annoying rattle when the window is all the way down, and sometimes, especially while holding both the driver and passenger side window buttons up, it doesn't start going up until I release the passenger side button and then re-engage it. Is likely it's just something loose I can tighten up if I take apart the door? I don't want to get the entire door apart and realize I can't do anything about it, I've had that happen too many times with my old 84 Audi, except lots of things break when you're working on a car that old, adding to the frustration.

Sorry if this is a lot, I didn't want to post 6 different messages. I just wanna know if it's worth it to fix these annoying little problems and how to fix them. Thanks!
