water in the tailpipe

Hi
I walked out to my parking lot this morning to find that someone had taken the building's garden hose & stuck it up the tailpipe of my 900s, with the water turned on (so much for idyllic Maine....)....the car started fine but when I got to work (about a 10 minute drive) I noticed that there was a spattering of water on the pavement behind the exhaust.
Q. is, is this likely to cause any permanent damage or will it all just evaporate?
thanks
