The service guy at George's in KC is a complete A-hole. Not to mention that every time (I guarantee that is not an overstatement) they have "fixed" something it has broken again within a month. The last straw was when I had them attempt to fix the clutch. 12 miles after I got it back it was completely screwed again. A call back to this guy got nothing more than a "there is nothing more that I can do and if I want to bring it back it will cost another $1200 and will probably take 2 weeks. Or the time they replaced the turbo instead of the cracked head and damaged the exterior in the process (which they denied). Or the AC hoses they replaced for $600 that didn't fix the AC. I am going to call GM to make a complaint and I am going to sell my car (which I do really like) because of George's. I was also planning on buying a new Saab but refuse to now because of them. Rant off
