Just an FYI...
A couple of months ago, I brought my car into Impact Motors after a road trip to have some items fixed on it. In particular, my car had failed NJ Inspection (that's where I'm from) due to the reverse lights staying on when the car is in drive or park, and this needed to be fixed so I could pass inspection. After they gave my car back to me, I drove all the way back to NJ (approximately 400 miles) and brought my car in for inspection again, only to have them tell me that it failed again for the same reason! Since I go to school, I was unable to remain home and take my car elsewhere for service in NJ and then back to get re-inspected again, but had to drive all the way back to Rochester again knowing that sometime shortly I'd have to make the trip once more for the inspection. I was quite angry at Impact Motors since this was a great inconvenience and they should have checked their work to make sure everything I'd asked to be fixed was actually fixed. I got somewhat belligerent with them, but to their credit, the owner had me bring the car back in right away and fixed the problem this time at no cost to me, and also gave me a loaner car (which I think was appropriate given the circumstances). I have no way of knowing if he would have done this had I not been somewhat belligerent with him on the phone, but in the end, it was fixed. Still...I just thought it's a useful thing for others to know...perhaps if you use Impact Motors...check the quality of their work yourself rather than just assuming they fixed everything
