i have removed pretty much everything all i got is a dash,2 front seats and a radio, 2 speakers in the dash, all my power windows motors and so for. i have taken the back seat, center console, speaker shelfs seat belts from the back, door panels all 4,sound insolation from under the carpet, also i took out the bumper supports and put the plastic covers back on thats how i achived 2565lbs weight, i'm guessing about 200-250lbs out of the car.
As far as the mods i am sorta surprised my self of the performance of this car, i do have a boost gage up to 20psi that sits where the clock used to sit, and it pegs it a little over 20 i'm guessing in a 22psi area but comes quickly down to 16psi and builds back up to about 17. as far as Pump gas i dunno i guess i can take it safely to about 14psi but once again my timing bumped up i usually driving around town putting around sometimes getting into it to about 10-12psi on pump gas it does good, i dont try much higher the 14psi cuz i know it will ping.
As far as tires ol' 205/55/15 BFG touring T/A s is what i run at about 18psi at the track 36psi normal driving, i really dont understand what you mean by gripping 2.2 60ft is a normal 60ft for a high 14sec FWD car so i'm not doing that great, i'm choosing to stick with my street tires since i really dont want to buy a performance clutch, which i probably will anyway or even worse a new tranny.
I hope i helped you figure my car out a little but i still need some questions answered about the 2.1head and intake i was asking mike i dont know if you saw that.
thanks
andrey
