If I was limited to autozone I would use the Meguiars system. Zymol is my second choice. They have a clay bar too thats not bad. Napa Stores often carries the 3M products -- I highly recommend them for swirl removers and hand glaze. 3M also has a clay bar, but I have never used it. Before I started spending money over the web for Zaino, and P21S etc I used Meguiars, Mothers, and Zymol. I also recently went ot Back to Black and Stoner's Invisible Glass for trim and windows respectively. Both can be found at Autozone.

Link goes to the process and products I used on a hard core session on my 99 Viggen with ~39K miles on it. Came out pretty good;)
