Zaino is great. You might want to Google Zaino in your area. I know in Dallas there is an outfit that uses only Zaino products and they come to you and make it shine. For the most part I am DIYer when it comes to using Zaino. Their system is fairly fool proof if you are willing to put in the hours.
Given the shine you are trying to achieve you may want to get a professional machine buff your car first. Thats about the only thing I don't do myself, but they can really get you started off right. I am sure Bret will have some advice as he is a professional.
My process (which I change regularly can be found via the link below). I use Zaino products as well as P21S carnuba. The next go round I will do some polishing -- I use P21S polish for that job. Its a fine balance between Polish and wax -- just make sure you polish before you wax.
