Don't hold this against me, but in a previous life I owned an older BMW. Its seats were scuffed and cracked and generally looked like crap. I used a series of products from a company called ColorPlus (http://www.colorplus.com)that worked quite well. I recall that they have leather dye in several stocks colors, but they custom matched a bottle for me from a small leather sample taken from under the rear seat. It matched pretty much perfectly. They also have fillers that can be used to repair cracks that may be helpful to you.
Take a look at their website as their products and processes are explained pretty well. Don't be intimidated by the level of detail they provide...the repairs require patience, but no particular set of skills.
Good luck!
