Swiffer dry cloths or Pledge static dust wipes work wonders for the interior. One non abrasive charged wipe picks up the dust from the dashboard, controls, edges, trim and shiftgate, instrument cluster, steering column and handbrake.
One company, I forget which, makes such cloths in a glove shape so you put on the glove and just dust by running your hand over the dash.
$3 for 12 cloths, but if you're really cheap they're reusable... :)
