Use a blow dryer to soften the adhesive and pull. It should come off in one sheet. After you get the film off you can use a razor blade scraper to remove any excess adhesive. Avoid the defroster lines as you might damage it. Then use 3M Adhesive Remover (or similar) to remove the remaining adhesive, changing the cloth frequently as it will quickly "load up". Lastly clean with a good quality window cleaner. Have fun
