Wurth wheel paint turning green? Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Sun, 25 May 2014 05:05:34 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I need to repair and re-paint two of my '04 17-inch 9-3 Y-spoke wheels prior to mounting them on my Viggen with new tires. I assumed the paint choice would be easy since Wurth is the OEM supplier and the paint is available form multiple mail order suppliers.
I read a post elsewhere wherein the poster states the Wurth paint on his re-painted wheels discolored to a greenish cast after a few months. Maybe he just did a lousy job selecting primers or with cleaning.
Has anyone else had thie happen?
