What is the deal with making super-cars ugly as sin?

Hi,
When I have money to burn (When I become J Inc.), and I want to drop
100 large or more on a car, I want it to look _good_ and not fugly like
the Murcielago or Saleen S7.
There are no streets or highways on which I can test top speed
of these things. So, 1/2 the reason for getting a super-car is the
sex appeal for purposes of impressing others (especially scantily clad
members of the opposite sex).
These people are _really_ missing the point by making their cars so
fugly. Ferrari still can make cars that look good and are fast.
Maybe that's why they sell many more cars than Lamborghini.
thanks
Jae
