Thats pretty nice. We have downsized to one income, hence the need to move. We're moving from High Point to (possibly) Reidsville. About 30 min north of Greensboro (I work in Greensboro). Price of housing is significantly cheaper in Reidsville. There's a reason of course, its 30 miles from anywhere. The house we are looking at would be at least $250,000 - $300,000 in Greensboro or High Point. Its about half that cost, nice square footage, and already restored. Other choices are in High Point (lived here 8 years, established some friends, etc) but are probably smaller homes, split-level types with no personality. Schools for the kids would change no matter what we do. Life is pretty upside down right now, not sleeping, etc. Figured I'd ask other Saaber's advice, hey we're so smart for driving Saabs, so why not?
