My parents have a 2001 H6 LL Bean outback, love it, and have had no problems with it. 26,000 miles and counting.

The only disappointment has been during routing servicing, which was free for the first 3 years/36k miles. After trading in her 1995 Saab 900 on the Outback, the dealer's customer service vs. saab dealer customer service has left something to be desired. However, in her opinion the wonderful, reliable car more than makes up for the dealer's service department.
