Every lease has a buy out number that changes monthly, just like a loan. You mention you have an '02 9-5, but you don't say when you got it or how long the lease is. If you bought it in late '01 and you have a three year lease, you might do okay. If you bought it as a leftover in late '02 and you got a 60 month, it is a completely different situation. My point is that you should know the numbers on buying out the lease, and the cost of lease assumption to help make your decision. And I would still talk to your dealer, as he/she might help you out in order to sell a car, even if it is helping you sell your current car. Good luck, Erik
