15-28 MPH wind, and the 'feels like' temperature is 36 degrees warmer? Is there some point above which air circulation actually increases the apparent temperature? Hey, maybe that's how those convection ovens work, eh? :)
It still seems weird to me though...Cripes, it's still 7 degrees warmer in Palm Springs than Death Valley! How often does that happen ?
Anything over 80 is a heat wave around Seattle.
