I concur about the Harleys. There is absolutely NO reason why anyone should be allowed to have loud-@ss pipes on a cruiser. Performance? Nah. When was the last time you saw one of these rolling-self-esteem-deficiencies revving it out to redline? They just do this to make big obnoxious flatulent noise. I don't care how you get from point a to point b, but I plead that you do not make it loud just for the sake of being loud. My SPG is not the quietest car around, but I regularly use the performance I have gained, and it is nowhere near as loud as an uncorked V-twin. Furthermore, I certainly do not go accelerating down residential streets at night for the purpose of making my testosterone-poisoned presence known to a sleeping community. I just don't get it. These people need to grow up.
Sorry for the rant, just had to vent!
