I couldn't get the link to work b/c of javascript or something, but here's a cut and paste from the used car section of cars.com. If you search around the internet, you can find a bunch of Quattorportes for dirt cheap. I used to lust after those cars when I was a kid in the early 80s, but it turns out they're pretty disappointing as cars. The Biturbo, though, was one of the crappiest cars ever produced. You can buy those for under $5k easily -- if you can find one still running.
