ST Leases: 9-5 & Integra both excellent

As the owner of my much loved and much troubled 97' 900S convt I was a little hesitant to get another Saab if I only considered reliability on that car but did so anyway knowing that great cars are more than just good reliability. That said, I've been really, really impressed with my 02' 9-5. Other than an early issue with some rough idling that was well attended to by the dealer my 9-5 has been flawless. With only 20k miles one would expect it to be but still it is worth mentioning!
As for another make, I had a leased Acura Integra for a couple of years 95-97 and it was also flawless, very good with gas mileage, and had suprisingly decent performance for such a little engine. Still, after my 9-5 I would not easily go back to a Japanese product, despite the fact that I believe their cars to be exceptionally well-made having visited Toyota, Nissan and Honda factories in Japan several times in the course of work.
Anyway, I'm probably a little skewed in my perspective since, except for the convertible, I'm leasing cars, but I figure if I keep leasing I'll never have to find out whether Saab is less reliable than Acura... What we don't know doesn't always hurt us!
Jon
