Maybe you were getting at something kinda like this??
The turbine is suspended in air, you somehow magically make one side of each blade hot, other side cold.
The pressures wouldn't really change, but you'd heat & cool the air. Buoyancy-driven motion would lift the hot air. This motion might push on the blades, but that depends on what orientation you're holding the rotor. You can probably make it go either way. These forces would also be pretty tiny.
