Question on how a ticket will effect my insurance......

Hi guys,
I had gotten a ticket a year ago for 90 in a 55 :(. Still awaiting trial. I will likely postone the upcoming date of Dec 23rd.
My question is regarding how it will effect my insurance, and what I should do. I'm 23 years old, been drving for 7 years now, my record is spotless except for my pending ticket. I'm still on my family's insurance policy though. My entire family has never gotten a ticket/been in an accident ever. If I am found guilty of this ticket, will the rates of every car in my family go up as a result, or just mine? I don't want my family's perfect record to be messed up because of me. If it will effect the whole family, then would I be wise to go and get my own policy before I actually go to court so only my rates go up? Or will it be bad to get a ticket on my record so soon after getting a new policy?
Any advice will be appreciated. The court I will be tried in does not plea bargain...its either going to be a full conviction, or a dismissal. (would be a miracle) So most likely, I'm just delaying the inevitable while I try and figure out what to do.
Thanks guys,
Alex
