There are pin switches in each door that set off the alarm when opened. Since the switch is stuck closed the alarm thinks it still should be protecting the vehicle and sounds the siren when you open the door. Look at the pin switches in each door to make sure they at least open and close.
There should be a fuse somewhere under the dash near the alarm brain that can be removed. That should kill the alarm unless it has a battery backup.
If all else fails unplug the main connector to the alarm brain.
Good luck. Troubleshooting alarms is a tough job sometimes but at least Clifford is a good company and should be able to help you out when you get ahold of them.
