I LOVE my Vonage service.
Easy to install, calls are clear, and there are no extra charges. I also like that I can listen to my messages online, if I am away from the house.
They have several features, all at no extra charge. So yes, besides some taxes (not as bad as traditional phone lines), that is your total price. I had a connection fee, but that might have had to do with it being a busines line.
I run mine thorugh a broadband (not DSL) connection, and the calls do not affect the performance of two wireless networked computers.
I did get the business plan (49.99) which includes a fax line.
BW - through a refer a friend program, if you use a referral, your second month is free (as is the referrrers next month).
