Joe Gibbs will be able to do something the previous 3 coaches were unable to do...build a team! Redskins are the most profitable team in the NFL if you live in DC and have found it hard to get a ticket for the last 40 years wait until next year! I will miss Spurriers unpredictability though as I dont think you'll see Gibbs going for it much on fourth and 9 at the 50! The Skins need a personnel manager..they have that in Gibbs so lets just hope he can get fatboy Daniel Snyder to sit down and shut up!
