VW has sunk to a new low....

I have been meaning to post this since last Thursday, but have not had the time. For those of you who are going to the Detroit auto show take a look under the VWs and Audis.
I was at the show on Thursday during one of the industry preview days. Because of my job I was looking under many of the cars. I could not believe what I found under many of the VWs and some of the Audis.
Many of the VWs and some of the Audis have had their suspensions cinched down to make the cars appear lower. They wrapped ratcheting tie downs from the unibody to the lower control arms and cinched them down. The tie downs were covered with black duct tape. This makes the cars appear to be lower to the ground.
This info is as of Thursday January 8th. I don't know if anyone else has outted VW and they have removed the straps. If you go to the show take a look for yourself and post back with your observations.
