What I do is just find a AC-DC converter that has been designed for the european voltage. So you should get a 220VAC to whatever the DC voltage is. All devices have the input ratings written on them. Make sure you get one that can handle the amount the charger is going to draw, otherwise the voltage is gonna drop and not become ripply.
