Ok, so you say for sure that you have a working fuel pump and a working spark?
Locate one of the fuel injector wires.
Use a test light and hook the test light between battery negative and one of the pins/wires on injector harness. Crank the engine over. Does the test light light up with a steady light during cranking?
If not, move the test light over to the other pin on harness and do the same test again. Does the test light light up? Good, now you know you have battery voltage going to the injector.
Move test light over to battery positive and hook the other end on the fuel injector pin that didn't illuminate the test light in earlier test.
Crank the engine over. Does the test light pulsate in light (flicker with the cranking)?
If not, you might have a bad ECU.
If it flickers, something else is wrong.
Did you check for spark out by the spark plug or by pulling the ignition coil wire out of distributor cap? You might have a bad ignition rotor and you won't see that when checking for spark using coil wire.
